Officers from the Police Station in Kruszyn arrested a driver who was subject to a court-imposed driving ban. Bolesławiec County Police Headquarters:
The 32-year-old from Nowogrodziec Municipality ignored the court’s decision and got behind the wheel. He was spotted by a police officer carrying out duties related to another case. (The officer knew that the 32-year-old was not allowed to drive a car.)
The officers added: “The resident of Nowogrodziec Municipality was charged with violating a court-imposed driving ban.
This offense carries a penalty of between three months and as much as five years in prison.
