Rent Reduction for Commercial Premises in Bolesławiec

On 4 May 2020, the Mayor of the City issued Order No. 108/2020 concerning a special method of collecting rent for leased or rented commercial premises due to restrictions on business activity conducted by their tenants or lessees following the declaration of an epidemic in the territory of the Republic of Poland.

At the tenant’s request, it is possible to reduce the rent to PLN 1 net per commercial premises for April and May 2020, provided that the tenant meets the conditions specified in the order.
