The incident occurred on Monday, May 11, at around 11:00 a.m., in Raciborowice Dolne (Warta Bolesławiecka municipality). The body of a man was found in a stream. It is already known that he was a 73-year-old resident of Warta municipality, last seen on Sunday, May 10.
The police and prosecutor’s office investigated the case. The latter ruled out the involvement of third parties, that is, homicide.
