Visiting the office

In exceptional situations where a matter cannot be handled via e-services, visits to the tax office will be possible from 8 May 2020 on 2 days a week:

  • Wednesdays from 9:00 to 15:00
  • Fridays from 9:00 to 13:00

Please observe all safety precautions. On the remaining days, customer service is provided through e-Services, e-PUAP and by telephone.

Using electronic customer service options

The e-Deklaracje and Twój e-PIT services, available only at podatki.gov.pl, enable taxes to be settled efficiently without visiting the tax office.

The biznes.gov.pl website contains descriptions of electronic services provided by tax offices, including information on how to submit an application electronically and obtain a certificate confirming no tax or customs duty arrears, or stating the amount of arrears.
