The initially proposed date of 11 May for resuming operations at Bolesławiec’s municipal public kindergartens and nursery groups was not accepted by the directors of the municipal facilities. Currently, fewer than 25% of parents at the municipal facilities have declared that their child will return to kindergarten.

The actual opening date for the municipal public kindergartens has been scheduled for the second half of May, after the anti-epidemic guidelines of the Chief Sanitary Inspectorate have been met. The Mayor of Bolesławiec and the kindergarten directors will also ask the District Sanitary and Epidemiological Station in Bolesławiec for individual recommendations for each facility, taking into account the specific characteristics of the municipal buildings.
