A Bolesławiec native at the Ministry of Finance! Anna Chałupa was appointed Undersecretary of State at the ministry on 16 April, as well as Deputy Head of the National Revenue Administration.

A graduate of economics (specialising in Managerial Economics) and public administration at the University of Wrocław. She also completed postgraduate studies in Accounting and Taxation at Wrocław University of Economics.
From 2013 to 2018, she worked as an internal auditor and then as finance director at a commercial-law company, where she was responsible, among other things, for supervising the finance division and accounting-related work. At the same time, she served as a commercial proxy (2014–2018).
Since July 2018, director of the Wrocław Chamber of Tax Administration.
She completed numerous courses, including in financing public projects and tasks, auditing and internal control, and business planning and control. In 2014, she obtained the Accounting Certificate of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Poland.
For many years, she has been involved in scouting and completed, among other things, a master instructor course in scouting. She is interested in interpersonal communication, contemporary literary fiction, and the cuisine and culture of Italy.
