Officers from the Police Station in Kruszyn, while carrying out activities related to a burglary at an apartment in the Warta Bolesławiecka commune, established the whereabouts of the suspect in the case. “When the 39-year-old was detained, it turned out that he was in the company of a friend whom the police were also investigating,” says asp. szt. Anna Kublik-Rościszewska, press officer of the County Police Headquarters in Bolesławiec. “The 39-year-old was charged with burglary, while his 31-year-old companion will answer for supplying narcotic drugs.”
Both residents of Bolesławiec County admitted to the crime and gave explanations. Both detainees could face a sentence of between one and ten years in prison.
