There are the first cases of coronavirus infection among the medical staff of the county hospital in Bolesławiec. Two nurses are affected.
Measures have been taken to safeguard the operation of the entire facility; the entire infectious diseases ward has been placed under quarantine, including 7 doctors and 15 nurses. (22 people are awaiting test results, which are expected to be known tomorrow).
However, as Kamil Barczyk, director of the Healthcare Complex in Bolesławiec, assures, there is no risk that the entire hospital will be closed.
There are 56 people hospitalized at the Healthcare Complex, 23 of whom are infected. Three are in serious condition.

As Piotr Roman reported during the April session of the Bolesławiec City Council, one nurse is from the area around Bolesławiec, while the other is from Legnica.
