The competition is open to:- preschool children
- primary school students
- secondary school students.
- Participation requirements:
- The competition participant or the child’s statutory representative/legal guardian shall read the Rules and the competition task “A Good Antivirus Word – #zdomumówięcześć!” and inform the participant of their contents.
- The participant records a video approximately 20 seconds long. Entries must be submitted together with: the information clause and consents to the processing of personal data given by the children’s statutory representatives/legal guardians and other persons appearing in the recording, in accordance with Appendix No. 1 to the Rules.
- Competition Jury
The submitted entries will be assessed by the Competition Organizer’s Jury. The Jury will select entries which, in its opinion, have original emotional value and were made in the most interesting and imaginative manner. - Prizes
Competition winners will be informed by e-mail of the competition results.
Prizes will be sent within 30 business days of the announcement of the competition winners.
Rules and deadline for entering the Competition:
- The participant shall send the file to the e-mail address: animacja@bok.boleslawiec.pl /the file may be sent using WeTransfer/, during the competition period, thereby expressing consent to making the recording public (on the website www.bok.boleslawiec.pl and on the BOK–MCC Facebook page)
- A competition participant may submit one entry
- Participation in the Competition is entirely voluntary
- The e-mail must include the required information, i.e.: the competition participant’s first name, surname and age; the legal guardian’s first name and surname; an e-mail address and contact number; as well as a correspondence address needed for sending prizes. It must also include consent to the processing of data and to the Organizer’s perpetual, free-of-charge use of the competition participant’s image and video, in accordance with the template attached to these Rules
- several people may appear in one recording (in addition to the competition participant), provided that the competition participant declares that they have all required consents, including consent to submitting a recording depicting third parties and using it in the manner described in the Rules.
- Deadline for submitting entry forms – by 13 April 2020.
- The submitted videos will be assessed to verify compliance with the competition criteria, including, among other things, technical requirements (the possibility of uninterrupted playback of the video at an appropriate quality), and will be checked to ensure that the submitted material does not contain obscene content
- By posting the video in the manner specified in these Rules, the competition participant’s legal guardian declares that:
a) the submitted video does not violate the law or the legally protected rights of third parties, including that the image shown is that of the competition participant, and, if the images of other people were recorded in the video, they consented to the use of the video in the manner described in these Rules;
b) they consent to the free-of-charge publication of the video in the manner described in the Rules and to the use of the child’s image and the video in accordance with Appendix No. 1 to these Rules. - The competition results, including information about the awarding of prizes—the list of winners (first names and surnames)—will be published on www.bok.boleslawiec.pl.

We provide the data voluntarily, knowing that I have the right to access, supplement, rectify, delete and restrict the processing and portability of the data, as well as the right to object to its processing. Providing the data is necessary to participate in the competition.
