The incident occurred on Sunday, March 29, in the evening, at the 35th kilometre of the A4 motorway, heading towards Zgorzelec. The driver of a Mercedes, a 41-year-old from the Opole region, failed to adjust his speed to the road conditions, veered off the carriageway and onto the shoulder. The vehicle overturned.
Fortunately, no one suffered any serious injuries. The 41-year-old was fined PLN 500.
