Officers from the Bolesławiec District Police Headquarters check every day whether people subject to quarantine are following the instructions to remain in isolation. Bolesławiec District Police Headquarters:
It is extremely important for society to follow the services’ guidelines in the context of limiting the spread of the coronavirus. Therefore, every case of non-compliance in this regard is carefully analysed, and consequences are drawn against people who disregard the obligation to isolate.
During Sunday’s checks, it turned out that a man who had returned from abroad several days earlier and should have been staying at his place of residence had left the quarantine area.
The officers:
The Bolesławiec resident claimed that he was complying with quarantine, and had left the isolation area only briefly because he was taking his dog out. The officers notified the sanitary services about the situation. In addition, proceedings will be conducted against the man in connection with the offence referred to in Article 116 of the Petty Offences Code.
And they add:
Let us remember that the lives and health of many people may depend on society’s discipline during this difficult time for everyone. Therefore, let us not disregard the orders and guidelines of state institutions, so as not to expose anyone to the danger of coronavirus infection.
