She called us a Reader:

I have an issue that is very, very important. I know they set up a helpline in Warsaw, which is constantly busy.

At the ZUS office in Bolesławiec, the employees are inside. I called—I can document this—18 times. It was busy three times; they did not answer 15 calls from 9 a.m.

The Reader works at one of the supermarkets:

It’s a large company; I stock the shelves and am exposed to terrible things. And right now our officials don’t give a damn about us.

We checked. The nationwide ZUS helpline is busy, and it is impossible to get through.
