The postponement of the competition opening was announced on Facebook by the President of the Lower Silesian Football Association, Andrzej Padewski:
For safety reasons concerning the teams participating in competitions organized by DolZPN, the Lower Silesian Football Association is postponing the start of the spring round to March 28–29. The schedule of unplayed matches will be published on the Extranet service by the Competitions Committee.
The announcement applies to all Lower Silesian competitions, both youth and senior (from the IV league to the B-class).

By decision of Andrzej Domin, Chairman of the Referees’ College of the Jelenia Góra Subdistrict, due to the increased epidemiological risk, referees from the Subdistrict are not permitted to officiate friendly matches during the suspension of competitions.
The decision applies throughout the suspension period, until March 27 of this year.
