District Polish Cup. Cement Raciborowice are the only one of our teams still in the competition

On Wednesday, 14 October, most of the District Polish Cup quarter-final matches in the Jelenia Góra zone were played. Cement Raciborowice supporters have reasons to be pleased. The team defeated Lotnik Jeżów Sudecki 3:0 away and reached the semi-finals.

The goals for the team from Raciborowice were scored by Paweł Niemienionek in the 39th minute, Jakub Stompór in the 52nd minute andGracjan Spychaj in the 56th minute.

Chrobry Nowogrodziec, however, were unsuccessful. Our team lost at home toApis Jędrzychowice 0:1. The decisive goal was scored in the 67th minute by Daniel Piechno.

In another match, Karkonosze III Jelenia Góra defeated Olimpia Kamienna Góra 4:1. The match between Łużyce II Lubań – Karkonosze Jelenia Góra has been postponed until 4 November.

Cement Raciborowice therefore remain the only one of our county teams still competing for the District Polish Cup.
