A reader wrote to us about the waste bin behind 1, 2, 3 and 4 Wybickiego Street and 13 Mikołaja Brody Street:

The administrator of the area [...] is the Municipal Housing Management Facility in Bolesławiec.

And he added:

We live in the 21st century, where mandatory waste segregation is in force, while the waste area consists of two open containers without a roof, which poses a risk of an epidemic.

Kazimierz Łomotowski, director of the Municipal Housing Management Facility in Bolesławiec:

Pursuant to Resolution No. XL/399/2017 of the Bolesławiec City Council of 24 October 2017 on the regulations for maintaining cleanliness and order in the city of Bolesławiec, property owners are responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order on their properties by providing containers of a specified type and minimum capacity, which are closed and leakproof, intended exclusively for this purpose and adapted for emptying by specialized vehicles.

The head of MZGM adds:

Since the property owners are represented by their administrators, MZGM in Bolesławiec wrote to them asking that the necessary steps be taken in this matter.
