According to police findings, the driver of a Volkswagen Passat, a 44-year-old from Bolesławiec, improperly carried out an overtaking maneuver and caused a head-on collision with a Mercedes. The Mercedes was driven by a 20-year-old from Złotoryja County. The Volkswagen driver was fined PLN 500.
