Officers from the District Police Headquarters in Bolesławiec arrested a 33-year-old man. KPP:
The resident of Bolesławiec was wanted by the German justice system in connection with an offence against public order and public safety.
(In February, the Bavarian prosecutor’s office issued a European Arrest Warrant for the 33-year-old).
The man was arrested. He was first taken to police custody and then—at the request of the Jelenia Góra Regional Prosecutor’s Office—the court ordered him to be held in temporary custody for three months.
