Cooperation between officers from the District Police Headquarters in Bolesławiec and the Police Station in Kruszyn led to the arrest of a man suspected of committing two property-related crimes.
The 40-year-old resident of Bolesławiec County was charged with burglary and stealing fuel from the tanks of two trucks. The crimes were committed over two nights—from February 9 to 10 and from February 10 to 11—in the town and municipality of Bolesławiec. The suspect stole a total of 1,100 liters of diesel fuel worth PLN 5,500.

Police officers are currently determining who received the fuel obtained through the crimes.
The 40-year-old could face between one and as many as ten years in prison.
