Additionally, two new ultrasound machines will soon be delivered to the county hospital. Their delivery was declared by the Great Orchestra of Christmas Charity Foundation.

Thanks to the largest investments in many years, the hospital has significantly expanded and continues to expand the scope of its medical services, including those not subject to National Health Fund limits. In practice, this means that the National Health Fund will pay for all examinations performed using magnetic resonance imaging and computed tomography.

The purchase of one of the most advanced magnetic resonance imaging scanners currently available on the medical market was financed by all municipalities in the county, including Bolesławiecki County itself.

  • Gromadka Municipality – PLN 161,000.00
  • ZOZ Bolesławiec's own contribution – PLN 260,520.50.

Osiecznica Municipality declared a payment of PLN 150,000.00 in February this year.

“The hospital is becoming an increasingly reliable partner for local governments, one with which they can cooperate safely and use public funds effectively,” says Kamil Barczyk, director of the Healthcare Center in Bolesławiec.
