When we published information in our pages about the detention of the repeat-offending aggressor, a Reader, the granddaughter of the attacked senior, wrote to us. The injured woman’s relative told us that the robbery had been much more dramatic:
[Agresor]He asked what time it was, and then Grandma turned around. He then lunged at her, and she fell down with him. She struggled with him. He [...] doused her with some unknown liquid and sprayed gas into her eyes. She [...] broke free from him and tried to escape.Then he pushed her against a wall a second time, and Grandma fell down. He sprayed gas in her face again so that she could no longer see anything. Grandma then told him that she had no money […], only a phone. Only then did he snatch her phone.
The senior woman does not remember what happened next. She suffered numerous injuries to her body and head.

It happened in Szczytnica, under the bridge beneath the motorway. Perhaps it would be worth warning residents. Many people walk there […], and there is no lighting. And then incidents like this happen..
