Since then, Amazonia has been visited by hundreds of children and parents. Children love the play structure, ball pits, slides and tunnels there. So, what is the situation regarding hygiene in play centers? Such places are not subject to inspections by the State Sanitary Inspection—the owner is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order, and it is also up to the owner how often the equipment is washed and disinfected. As a result, you have probably read alarmist articles or heard stories from friends about infections, especially in ball pits, more than once. According to research, dozens of strains of bacteria and viruses live on balls in use; these are particularly dangerous for the youngest children because of their insufficiently developed immune systems. Considering how much time it would take to wash all the balls regularly, even in a relatively small ball pit, it is hard to believe that a typical entertainment center meets safety standards for children.
You do not have to deal with this problem if you choose Amazonia. Amazonia is an entertainment venue where particular attention is paid to sanitary safety. Every piece of equipment is washed and disinfected every day by the staff. What about the aforementioned ball pits, where a cubic meter can hold up to five thousand balls? This is how the process works: the balls entering the machine are sterilized by a powerful UV lamp; next, washing rollers scrub them thoroughly under water with detergent that kills bacteria, fungi and viruses (HIV, HBV, HCV, Rota, Vaccinia and tuberculosis bacilli). Papuga dries the washed balls and ejects them directly into the ball pit. The entire process is exceptionally efficient and satisfying to watch.
