Police officers from the Zgorzelec-based Nysa group detained two men suspected of breaking into a building under construction. The incident occurred at the beginning of December last year in one of the localities in Zgorzelec Commune. The perpetrators stole a gas boiler and radiators. The reporting party estimated the losses at PLN 7,500.
– The residents of Bolesławiec County, aged 34 and 36, have already been charged, and they admitted to the charges, says junior inspector Agnieszka Goguł of the County Police Headquarters in Zgorzelec.
They now face a sentence of between one and as many as ten years in prison.
