The incident occurred on Monday, January 13, in the evening. A 36-year-old woman, a resident of Bolesławiec County, arrived by Opel passenger car at a petrol station in one of the localities in the Nowogrodziec municipality.
Suspecting that the woman was drunk, station employees notified the police.
The test showed more than 2 per mille of alcohol in the 36-year-old’s system. She was arrested. She could now face up to two years in prison.

The person referred to in the article stated through her attorney, Advocate Arkadiusz Malak, that on the day of the incident described in the publication, she was not driving a vehicle while intoxicated.
