Bolesławiec police recovered a Land Rover that had been obtained through crime. The vehicle was located on one of the streets of the City of Ceramics.
As it turned out, the car had been stolen from Złotoryja County at the end of last year. The 40-year-old man from Bolesławiec who had the vehicle in his possession gave rather evasive answers to officers' questions about the circumstances in which he came into possession of the vehicle.
The value of the property recovered by officers from Bolesławiec was PLN 10,000.
The 40-year-old was charged with handling stolen goods. He now faces a sentence ranging from three months to as many as five years in prison.
