During the night of January 4–5, community police officers patrolling the city of Bolesławiec stopped a vehicle for inspection. A 44-year-old woman from Bolesławiec was behind the wheel.
As it turned out, the woman was completely drunk. The test showed more than 2.5 per mille of alcohol in her exhaled air.
The 44-year-old now faces up to two years in prison, loss of her driving licence and financial penalties.
