A fire broke out in a poultry house in Krzyżowa. When the firefighters arrived, the entire building was filled with smoke. Rescuers had difficulty getting inside, so the operation was conducted from outside. A Cobra system was called to the scene—a device that generates a water mist and a water jet capable of cutting through various materials. This effect is achieved by injecting an abrasive into the generated stream of extinguishing agent. The device guarantees access to fires in hard-to-reach places—multilayer walls, double floors, ventilation and technical ducts, attics, and so on.

6,000 turkeys died in the fire. They were poisoned by smoke.
