As Christmas approached, students of the Zespół Szkół Handlowych i Usługowych—dressed as carol singers—visited, on Thursday, December 19, among others, kindergartens and schools in Bolesławiec, as well as patients and staff of the pediatric ward at the county hospital, bringing a nativity play and Christmas greetings.

The story of Herod and the miracle of the Bethlehem night inspired them to share the joy of Christmas with those who suffer and are ill—the youngest patients of our hospital—as well as with children who are just beginning their adventure with learning and theater.
Their lively reactions to the interesting costumes, perfect makeup and polished acting of their older schoolmates were the most beautiful Christmas gift.
