The incident occurred on Sunday, December 1, at around 5:30 p.m. on Sikorskiego Street in Lubin. According to the officers’ findings, a 17-year-old resident of Lubin approached his peer, pushed him and knocked him to the ground. He then beat him and took a phone cable, a portable charger and documents. (The aggressor also issued criminal threats against the victim.)

The police arrested the attacker shortly afterward. It turned out that just two days earlier he had also violated the bodily integrity of his peer.

The detainee was first taken to a police cell. Then the court temporarily remanded the aggressor in custody for one month. The teenager faces a prison sentence of between two and twelve years.
