Officers from the District Police Headquarters in Bolesławiec received information in the middle of the night that a driver who might be under the influence of some substances had arrived at a petrol station. The man's strange behavior aroused suspicion.
When the police arrived at the scene, they confirmed the informants' suspicions. The breath test produced a negative result. However, a drug test returned a positive result. The 34-year-old man from Bolesławiec County faces up to 2 years in prison, loss of his driving licence and financial consequences.
The police thank the petrol station employees for their response.
