Officers from the Traffic Division of the District Police Headquarters in Bolesławiec arrested an intoxicated driver in the Osiecznica municipality. The 35-year-old resident of Bolesławiec County was completely drunk – he had 2 per mille of alcohol in his exhaled air. What is more, he did not have a driving licence.
To make matters worse, it emerged that the car in which the suspect was travelling was not authorised for road use.
The 35-year-old could now face up to two years in prison.
