The incident occurred on Wednesday, November 6, after 7:00 a.m., on the road between Bolesławiec and Rakowice (Bolesławiec gmina). Two cars—a Citroën and a Volkswagen—were involved in a head-on collision.
It is already known that the driver of the Citroën caused the accident. The man fled the scene, leaving two passengers in the vehicle.
Two men were injured: the Volkswagen driver and a passenger in the Citroën. Steps are being taken to apprehend the perpetrator of the accident.
The road is closed.
