The incident occurred on Tuesday, 5 November, after 10:00 a.m., at one of the construction sites in Tomaszów Bolesławiecki. A 56-year-old resident of Bolesławiec County, who was in an excavated trench while carrying out work, was buried under soil.
As a result of the incident, the man suffered bruising around the chest. He was taken to hospital for examinations.
The police were at the scene. The State Labour Inspection and the prosecutor’s office were notified about the case.
