The incident occurred on Wednesday, October 16, after 3:00 p.m., near the Bolesławiec viaduct. (The matter was reported to us, among others, by reader Sebastian).
The driver of a Mercedes truck, a 60-year-old man from Poznań, failed to exercise due caution and rear-ended another Mercedes vehicle—a passenger car driven by a 34-year-old resident of Bolesławiec County.
The woman was taken to hospital for examination. Fortunately, it turned out that she had not suffered any more serious injuries.
The case will probably end up in court.
