My friends and I would like to ask about our free buses. Does [skoro]the fact that they are free mean that the driver is not required to heat them? Bus no. 3 being cold is already standard.

In the morning, when going to work for 6 a.m., you can already freeze. It is also cold when returning home after 10 p.m. […] In the morning or evening—the driver simply does not turn on the heating.
Andrzej Jagiera, president of Miejskiego Zakładu Komunikacji in Bolesławiec:
I am surprised by this report. It is autumn, but temperatures are quite high. Drivers turn on the heating depending on the outside ambient temperature. By offering free public transport, the company takes every action to ensure that the quality of its services is as high as possible.
In winter, we will certainly draw the drivers’ attention to this issue so that travel conditions are as comfortable as possible. When the temperature is very low, we start all the buses as early as 3:00–4:00 a.m. so that they can leave for their routes on schedule and be reasonably warm.
He also stresses:
We try to find a compromise between the quality of the services provided and the financial resources allocated to funding the company’s operations.
