The continuing growth in the number of students demonstrates the popularity of lifelong learning at the Bolesławiec University of the Third Age. There are currently 182 students. Wanda Nalewalska presented a report on the numerous activities and initiatives of the University of the Third Age.
It is worth recalling that the students of the University of the Third Age are people over 55 who have pensioner or disability pension status. The University of the Third Age is based at Primary School No. 1, 38c Jana Pawła II Street. Classes are held on a semester basis, and the academic year runs from October to May. The program includes lectures, physical fitness classes, computer training, foreign-language learning, oriental dance, psychology and painting workshops, and music workshops (choir).
