The incident took place on Tuesday, October 8, at around 1:00 p.m., at the intersection of Zygmunta Augusta and Podgórna streets in Bolesławiec. The driver of a Toyota, a 67-year-old resident of the City of Ceramics, failed to yield the right of way to an Audi.
A collision occurred, as a result of which the 19-year-old Audi passenger was injured. Fortunately, it turned out that he had only suffered minor bruising to the head. (The incident was classified as a collision.)
The at-fault driver was fined PLN 500.
