The incident took place on Thursday, September 26, before 9:00 a.m., on Karola Miarki Street in Bolesławiec. The 67-year-old cyclist failed to yield the right of way to the driver of a Mitsubishi who was traveling correctly. A collision occurred.
Fortunately, the cyclist did not suffer any more serious injuries. What is more, the cyclist was fined.
The police appeal for reason and caution on the road.
