The incident occurred during the night of 7–8 September in the village of Czerna (Nowogrodziec Municipality). The 16-year-old driver of a passenger car caused a collision with a Ford driven by a resident of Nowogrodziec.
Fortunately, no one was seriously injured.
The 16-year-old resident of Nowogrodziec Municipality does not have a driving licence. The case will be referred to the family court.
