The incident occurred on Saturday, 7 September, before 10 p.m., on the road between Osła and Gromadka. The driver of a Honda passenger car, a 19-year-old resident of Bolesławiec County, who was probably driving too fast, lost control of the vehicle on a bend, left the road and crashed into a forest. The car overturned.
Two people were injured. The 17-year-old female passenger suffered a spinal injury and also has a bruised knee. The driver sustained a shoulder injury.
The 19-year-old, who was sober, had his driving licence confiscated.
