A cleanup operation is underway in Harcmistrz Hubert Bonin Park. Employees of the consortium—commissioned by the Municipal Housing Management Company in Bolesławiec—are trimming the grass and tree branches. Some trees will be felled.
As MZGM director Kazimierz Łomotowski informed us, the work had been planned earlier and has nothing to do with yesterday’s incident. It is merely an unfortunate coincidence.
It is worth emphasizing that the tree whose branch fell on a young woman on Thursday was healthy.
As a reminder, on Thursday, September 5, we reported that a branch fell on a woman staying in Bonina Park. The injured woman, suffering head and foot injuries, was taken to hospital.
