Jelenia Góra criminal investigators identified and then detained three people: a 24-year-old woman and two men aged 47 and 51. All three are suspected, among other things, of robbery and depriving the victim of his freedom.

The incident took place in August in one of the flats in Jelenia Góra. The attackers broke into the victim’s flat, beat him and robbed him. Their haul included documents, a mobile phone, a watch and other small items. The owner estimated the value of the stolen property at PLN 220.

What is more, those detained prevented the victim from leaving the flat for two days.

After that time, the victim, who took advantage of a brief absence of his attackers, managed to escape from the premises. He later received medical assistance.

The man notified the police and described the attackers. All three criminals were detained.

The officers are currently clarifying the circumstances of the case in detail. At the prosecutor’s request, the court remanded the entire group in temporary custody for three months.

The attackers could now face up to 12 years in prison.
