The incident occurred on Saturday, 31 August, in the evening, on the road between Osła and Różyniec (Gromadka municipality). The driver of a Škoda, a 62-year-old resident of Zgorzelec, incorrectly overtook a Mercedes driven by a 20-year-old resident of Bolesławiec County.
The vehicles scraped against each other. As a result of the incident, two people sustained minor injuries: the driver and the 23-year-old female passenger of the Mercedes. Both were taken to hospital. Fortunately, they did not suffer anything more serious.
The person responsible for the collision was fined PLN 300.
