A Reader wrote to us, wanting to know whether, in the future, Gmina Miejska Bolesławiec would increase the number of bicycle parking zones.
“Such a zone would be useful around Kosiby, Starzyńskiego and Kilińskiego streets. Children could cycle to the summer swimming pools or Leśny Potok. And after the holidays, to the school on Jana Pawła II Street,” the person who reported the matter stressed. They added: “Adults would go shopping at Tesco more often, especially those without cars.”
As Agnieszka Gergon, spokesperson for the Bolesławiec municipal authorities, informed us, the bicycle parking zones will be expanded with stations at the following locations:
- Śluzowa
- Góralska
- Staszica–Wróblewskiego
- Kleeberga.
