Lubin police:
The detained 41-year-old was not choosy about the items he stole from buildings located on allotment gardens.
His loot included power tools, kettles, televisions, music records, clothing, and even a painter's coverall and an alarm clock. When there was nothing worthy of his attention in the hut the suspect had broken into, he could make himself a coffee and spend the night there.
In total, the victims estimated the losses caused by the 41-year-old's criminal activity at nearly PLN 9,000.
The man was charged with 21 offenses involving theft and burglary. The suspect is a repeat offender; he had made the practice his regular source of income.
The 41-year-old man admitted to all the offenses and voluntarily submitted to punishment. The court will decide his future.
