The incident took place on Monday, July 29, before noon, at the intersection of Komuny Paryskiej and Garncarska streets in Bolesławiec. The driver of an Opel, a 56-year-old woman from Bolesławiec, failed to yield the right of way to a 62-year-old cyclist, also a resident of the City of Ceramics.
The man was taken to hospital with a leg injury.
Both drivers were sober.
