As part of the “Safety by the Water Is What Drives Me” campaign, a meeting with an officer from the Bolesławiec County Police Headquarters was held at Centrum Wiedzy in Bolesławiec. The main topic of the meeting was staying safe during the holidays.
The community police officer reminded the children of the rules for using bathing areas, organizing walking trips and behaving appropriately when interacting with strangers.
They also discussed how to use the internet safely and the dangers and consequences of publishing photos and personal data online.
At the end of the meeting, the police officer handed out educational and informational leaflets to all participants, featuring safe-bathing rules and the signs that can be found at bathing areas.
