Officers from the Police Station in Nowogrodziec proved that the detained 30-year-old had committed several offenses. The suspect harassed and threatened his neighbors. He then threatened another woman and struck a man in the head with keys.
The next offense concerned former neighbors. The perpetrator drove onto their property and, waving a metal pipe, threatened to beat them.
Moreover, the 30-year-old man was charged in connection with violating a court-imposed driving ban twice.
All the offenses took place in the Nowogrodziec municipality, where the man lives.
On the basis of the evidence gathered by the officers and a motion from the District Prosecutor’s Office in Bolesławiec, the court decided to place the aggressor in temporary custody for three months. The 30-year-old faces up to five years in prison.
