I am writing once again because your article caused a bit of a stir, but only for a moment. During the first week, there were more frequent municipal police patrols, and the park was cleaned up.
And added:
And everything returned to the state it was in before the article: the municipal police are nowhere to be seen, and the homeless do as they please.
What do you think? Do you have any idea how to address this? (The services cannot keep watch in one place all the time, after all.) Perhaps the homeless will disappear from there once the long-promised transport hub is built...
