The incident occurred on July 1 on one of the streets in Bolesławiec. The driver suspected that the person driving in front of him was drunk, so… he stopped him and handed him over to the uniformed officers called to the scene.
A sobriety test confirmed the suspicions of the person who made the arrest. The 58-year-old resident of Lwówek County was completely drunk; he had more than 2 parts per mille of alcohol in his exhaled air. What is more, he is subject to a court-imposed driving ban.
The 58-year-old now faces up to five years in prison.
