At the opening, the activities of the Amateur Artistic Movement were summarized. One hundred participants from five BOK – MCC art studios presented their works.
The artists—children, young people and adults—prepared their works under the watchful eye of instructors: Teresa Olszewska-Bancewicz (artistic textiles studio), Stanisława Wojdy-Pytlińska (“Academy of Art” art studio), Magdalena Konieczna (glass and stained-glass studio), Czesław Matyjewicz (ceramics and sculpture studio), and Mateusz Grobelny (author’s ceramics and sculpture studio).
The exhibition, open until 15 July, features ceramics, drawing, graphic art, stained glass and artistic textiles, among other works.
Colourful rural landscapes; pastel portraits, figurines of supernatural beings, fauna and flora in flat and three-dimensional forms, ornate vessels, and handmade jewellery.
The 5xP exhibition series has become a permanent fixture in the BOK-MCC cultural events calendar. Each edition is hugely popular, and visitors are always full of praise for the talent of both young and adult artists.
